Executive Coaching

  • Our executive coaching process is focused on understanding the executive’s needs and assisting the executive to achieve the highest levels of his/her performance.
  • Our coaching process involves first agreeing on specific business outcomes, and then working towards those outcomes through a process of skilled questioning, listening, challenging, and exploration.

Leader Profiling and Assessment

  • We offer a variety of tools and profiling instruments to support leadership development: MBTI / DISC / HBDI / Facet Five / Hogan
  • We can work individually with leaders or with small groups to understand development themes and opportunities for comprehensive development action.
  • The profiling process can also be used to support the executive coaching process.

Executive or New Leader Integration

  • We provide a high impact process that greatly accelerates an executive leader’s integration into a new team and environment.
  • The leader will gain a deeper understanding of what the team needs in order to be effective towards achieving key goals
